Why did I decide to run?
I never imagined running for an elected office. I have always believe Tredyffrin is a unique and special place and my family and I have been fortunate to benefit from the strong community.
It was through our involvement in the community that I recently became aware of the challenges facing the township regarding Teegarden Park. In trying to find a fair solution for dog owners, sports leagues, and other Tredyffrin residents, I was awakened to the idea that I could apply my skills to help people. I enjoyed connecting with different residents and learning their perspectives, using data and facts to form an objective decision, and negotiating a compromise that balances the needs of the people and dogs of Tredyffrin.
This is emblematic of my passion. I believe I bring a new perspective to the Board of Supervisors and the community. I hope to tackle township issues using my disciplined academic training as a fresh voice in meetings and conversations.
